Hi @odowd , You can repair it yourself. Here’s a video that shows how to change the band. Replacement bands are available online. Just search for Fitbit Charge 4 bands to find suppliers that suit you. Note: there are a few Sutherland shires or counties around the world so you may have to be more specific ;-)
