I recently broke out my Vox amPlug Bass headphone jack so it came off and I can´t figure out where the red cable should go. I know where the black one should be, because I took it off by myself to practice soldering as I haven´t done much yet. So my question is as I asked before: where the red cable should go? Is the place where the arrow is pointing right or not?

@hardiholpus that looks correct. Black should be Sleeve and red should be Tip.
