Hello Experts, I need some help with my Macbook Pro Late 2011. I bought this macbook with some issues and I’m try to fix that. This macbook probably came with the monitor of macbook 2008. Just with 3 cables for wifi/bluetooth antenna. The problem is that the 4rd cable, the cable that you connect the same side of cdrom, are not the 3 cables of the pinpoint. Where this 4rd cable goes out, where is it connected, point to point, is the origin of this cable, and where i find this cable to buy? I was looking for that cables and i just found only the 3 cables to sell. I was also look for some documentation about the repair this 4rd cable and i dont had the luck to find. Could you help me please ? MLO
You should have three antenna wires going through the hinge to the lid as well as the FaceTime camera line. The Fourth antenna is the Bluetooth located just underneath the optical drive and the speaker. Here’s a breakdown of the cables
