I’ve owned my tablet (ZTE GRAND X VIEW 1st generation) ever since January 2016. All went well until issues started happening with the display about 2-5 months after I got it. It would act as if it were getting input from the corners of the display. I had tried contacting ZTE 2 times by email without receiving any reply and nobody’s responding to calls to customer support. It had stopped for quite a while so i started using it like i used to. Sadly, it started happening once again in April or May of 2017, however, it had become even worse and now received input from all parts of the display without me touching it. This has led me to stop using the tablet until I could get parts to fix it.
You can get a replacement digitizer from eBay for under £10. Replacing the digitizer should solve your problem as the digitizer is the component that registers your touches on the display.
