The plastic headband has cracked where it meets the earphone. It’s way past warranty, I need to find a replacement part and a schematic for Arctis Pro, so I can disassemble it and repair it.
Check ifixgears on youtube. I think he is selling machined plastic parts you try to use.
unfortunately you really cant. you can try and hound their customer support. id suggest using some kind of plastic epoxy.
