My external hard drive was accidentally dropped and now the reader arm is damaged. Where can I find a replacement arm to get the drive working again? I have memories from while I was in the military stored on the drive and don’t want to lose them and can’t replace them.
@jholmes that will totally depend on the actual drive. you will have to open the enclosure and identify the drive by the label affixed to it. Let us know what you find out so we can try and help you find what you need.
