Tried to get these through Fitbit, was told they will not sell or provide the screws if not under warranty.
Same here. They just lost a customer for life. What a messed up business model. I offered to pay for screws but no go. This is their way to force you to buy another one. But in actuality they have lost a customer for life. Over 50 cents in screws!
