Chosen Solution
Whenever I turn on my New Nitendo 3ds XL, I get an error. It states: “An error has occured. Hold down the POWER Button to turn off the power, then turn it on and try again. However, when I turn it off and turn it on, it shows up with the same error. I am not able to get to the homescreen or anything of the sort. Getting desprate would appreciate any help.
First, is your console cracked?(not physically, but Gateway, A9LH etc.) This could be the main reason for your situation Second, there may be some issues with the wifi board, check the connection of it and see if the problem persists. If it does, consider about contacting Nintendo and see what they can do for you or maybe another person will be able to help.
