Hi, Try the following and check if doing either resolves the problem: Wipe the cache partition and check if that resolves the problem. Try starting the phone in safe mode and check if it now works OK. If it does then perhaps there are too many apps being loaded at startup which is tying up system resources i.e. memory, unnecessarily as they’re not being used at the time but this restricts the available amount of memory to other apps and slows things down. It could also be a downloaded app that is causing the problem. The trick is to find out which one. You will need to uninstall each downloaded app one by one and then test the phone in normal mode between each uninstall to see if it is working OK. When it does then the last downloaded app that was uninstalled was the culprit. A downloaded app is one that you downloaded and installed on the phone and didn’t come pre-installed with the phone when you first got it.
