I would like to replace the faulty part/board Model#50PG30F
Hi @ L.E.D. Initially I though that it might be a faulty upper or lower Y driver board (these control the upper and lower halves of the screen i.e. vertical from top to bottom of the screen but given that you have lost the entire right 3rd of the screen, I’m now wondering if there is a problem the X sustain board as it covers the horizontal area of the screen e.g. so the right 3rd of screen is horizontal when looking left to right. Here’s the service manual for your TV, so that you can check voltages, dis-assemble etc. Also here’s a guide to an LG plasma TV repair (not your model but should be nearly the same procedures etc) which may also help.
Can you take the back off your TV and check for any leaky or bulged capacitors? I have attached a picture below.
