When someone calls they cannot leave a message because it says my mailbox has no more space. Yet when I check for messages the machine says I have none. I also delete old messages and it says there are none to delete.
Hi, What is the model number of the phone? Are you sure that the phone has its’ answering machine setup correctly and that the message is not coming from the Voicemail service on your phone service (if it is setup) provided by your landline phone service provider? If you have a Voicemail service on the same line, is the answer machine setup to answer the call, before the Voicemail does, i.e. what is the ring time setting on both the answer machine and the Voicemail service?
