What could be wrong with my phone it’s incoming calls not all of them but some of them go straight to voicemail again and they don’t my phone don’t ring
Hi @johnsgirls0331, How many signal bars are showing on the screen when you think that you have missed calls etc? If you’re in a bad reception area i.e no signal bars, the phone may lose contact with the phone tower and if the phone can’t be contacted the calls will go to voicemail. You shouldn’t be able to call out either if this occurs. This can sometimes also happen when in buildings or in underground carparks etc. anything that can reduce the amount of signal being sent/received by the phone.
I know of 2 reasons: Do Not Disturb is on. This often gets set accidentally because it’s in the pull down menu when you swipe down from the top of the screen. Solution: Swipe down from the top and turn off Do Not Disturb.This can be done with individual contacts. Open the contact from your list, tap the 3 dots upper right corner, and there you can select to send straight to voicemail or deselect send straight to voicemail.
