When I use wifi serise of apps get downloaded automatically also may apps doesnt work properly… repairer says its softwear issue…any solutions?
This should be solved by a factory reset. A factory reset (in 99% of cases) will solve any software issue. The cause is likely malware (like a virus for your phone) or bloatware (Apps installed by the manufacturer). Warning: A factory reset will delete all data on your phone. Do not forget to make a backup of all your photos and contacts. It should make it exactly as it was when it came from the factory. To do this, go to settings, and scroll to the bottom where it says “Backup & reset.” From there, follow the instructions to reset. Hope this helps.
