When I turn on computer it is just a black screen and beeps.
Please tell us the beep pattern and how many beeps there are (e.g. 6 beeps with a one second pause). Here’s what the beeps mean if you can identify a pattern: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202768 I have a hunch that your RAM is kaput.
