when I talk, nobody listens to me.microphone Xiaomi redmi 4pro

Hi, Try using the headphones with the microphone attachment when making or receiving a call to check if you can be heard OK by the other person. If you still cannot be heard then there is a problem with the voice transmission circuitry in the phone. If you can be heard OK then there is either a problem with the phone’s internal microphone or perhaps the voice inlet hole, found on the bottom edge of the phone is blocked by lint or debris. To check the latter, use a strong light and a magnifying glass to inspect the hole. If it appears blocked (or if you can’t be sure), use a vacuum cleaner to try and clear the obstruction. Do it in short bursts, not a prolonged sucking application. DO NOT use a pin or probe to try and clear the hole as you might damage the microphone which is directly behind it. Update (04/01/2018) Hi, As it is a new phone did you check that the voice inlet hole is not covered by a piece of plastic to protect it until it is to be used? Also if it is a new phone, consult the manufacturer’s warranty statement that should be with the documentation that came with the phone as to what you have to do to make a claim for a manufacturer’s warranty replacement or repair.
