My lg g3 phone will not turn on. It only remains on the lg logo. also when charging and the led light just show blue - red light continuously..
you can start with a hard reset : Back up data on the internal memory. Turn off the device. Press and hold the Power and Volume down buttons on the back of the device. When the LG logo appears, release and then re-hold the Power button while continuing to hold the Volume downbutton. The Factory data reset screen appears. Press the Volume down button to advance the cursor until Yes is selected. Press the Power button to confirm. The Erase all user data and restore default settings screen appears. Press the Volume down button until Yes is selected. Press the Power button to confirm. The device will now reset itself. Wait until the process has finished. Your device now has been reset to its original factory settings. If that does not work you do want to try a new batteryand see if that works. Let us know.
