When I start my Notebook, there is an error message that reads: “Load Vender.dll fail. Please install VGA Driver” I tried to download, but the computer is indicating it fails because there is something missing.
Tammy Creo you did not tell us what happened to the download you attempted. Before installing the new .dll file you should uninstall the VGA driver. Also let us know where you tried to download it from. I would suggest that start with a fresh install of the device driver possibly getting it from Asus (or Intel depending on the GPU).
