I have no answer…..I have a whirlpool W10073320 and when I press start both the heavy and the normal light come on. It does nothing…..was in the middle of the drain and stopped. How do I reset this model
Try pressing normal wash -heat dry-normal wash-heat dry- normal wash-heat dry- normal wash - heat dry. all the lights turn on. then take a deep breath and wait a little. keep pressing start till washer gets back to normal shut down.
