My Samsung Level U Pro is working fine but when i play music or videos(anything that can be paused using the headset button) it directly pauses the second after i played it. However how many times i try to play a video it pauses. It is working fine with things like zoom meeting which cannot be paused. I asked Samsung but they said they don’t support it anymore. Any suggestions?
Does any of the Talk button functions work, like answer/end the call, play next media file (double-press) or enter BT pairing mode (hold)? If not, ensure the button is not broken or stuck, possibly clean it from debris with the help of a toothpick and canned air. You can also try restarting the device, just press and hold the power switch for 5-10 seconds (LED changing colors)
