Chosen Solution
When I try turning my scooter, the whole top with the handle barns and pole down turns with me but the wheel part at the bottom stays in place- it seemingly disconnected. How can I fix this that way my scooter turns, with the wheel turning. ? Problem started shortly after arriving.
Take the wheel off, and try and remove the vertical pole with handles. See what is damaged/broken. When you find it it should be obvious that that is what the problem it. Until you open it up its hard to
