When I make a phone call, I have no choice to go speaker mode. I also can’t hear anyone nor can they hear me. I’m trying to figure out which parts I need to fix it. Thank you for your help.
The audio chip needs to be replaced. It’s a common issue on 7 and 7 plus. You will need to take the phone to a reputable repair shop that does board-level repairs for iPhones to get this fixed.
