Chosen Solution
Like the subject says, if I make a call or answer a call, I can not hear the person . They hear me but I don’t hear them. If I put the call on speaker phone it works fine, I hear them they hear me. None of the “experts" on here even UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM, let alone offer a solution…
It sounds like a bad ear-speaker or a ear-speaker mash obstructed, try to clean the mash first and if it does not work replace the ear speaker.
