Hi! I have the same problem. I used it in the evening, but it didn’t turn on the next morning. I tried with two fully charged batteries, but nothing. When I connect the charging cable, it doesn’t do anything. What could be the problem?

@okosokes You probably already have this already but here’s a link to the Instruction manual: https://download.aws.olympus.eu/consumer… Read carefully the before and after use recommendations (p.68-69), also note these measures to prevent water leaks inside the camera: The waterproof feature may be compromised if the camera is subject to substantial or excessive impact. • Do not use chemicals for cleaning, rust prevention, anti-fogging, repairing, etc. Failure to do so may break down water resistance • Do not leave the camera in water for a long time. Prolonged exposure to water will cause damage to the camera’s appearance and/or deteriorate water resistance. • In order to preserve the water resistant feature, as with any underwater housing, it is recommended that the waterproof packing (and seals) are replaced annually. Luckily your camera works now, though we don’t know the extent of damage caused by the water infiltration (saltwater, on top of that). Ideally, any salt residue on the electronics, metal parts, connectors, ribbon cables ends etc. would need to be cleaned off with isopropyl alcohol 90% or higher in order to neutralize it. The teardown procedure shouldn’t be too different from the one for the TG-820, but you need to be extra cautious if you want to go ahead and try disassembling this kind of device on your own.
