Chosen Solution
When copying music from my pc via usb, my S7 connects but then stops receiving and my pc shows a message stating mobile device is no longer connected (even though it is and is still open) Please could someone let me know the quick fix for this? (as I know there will be one!) Thanks very much
hi, to transfer your data onto a galaxy s7, it would be easier from another phone, but if you still want to do it from your computer than try change your usb cable, try updating your drivers plus app you are using, hopefully it would solve your problem. :)
