When i turn on wifi on my alcatel pulse mix my phone shuts off and on until i unplug my wifi. Hellllppp
Hi @hiscarlon , Try starting the phone in safe mode (hopefully the method is the same for your Alcatel model) and see if turning on the WiFi now allows the phone to work correctly. If it does then a downloaded app is the cause of your problem. The trick is to find out which one. You need to uninstall each downloaded app, one by one, and test the phone between each uninstall to see if it now works OK. When it does the last downloaded app that you uninstalled will be the culprit.
