Whenever my phone completely loses power, and I plug it in again, it will try and fail to boot up many times (the Apple screen flashes on and off). If I leave it for several hours, it will eventually manage to start up again. Why is this happening? I replaced my battery with a non OEM battery a couple years ago, I wonder if it doesn’t have enough juice to start up? Battery health still shows 93%.

Many aftermarket battery are good for 6 months to 1 yrs. Sometimes 2-3 years. It reallly depends on the manufacturers quality. It would be worth trying another one even if the capacity shows 93%. Capacity reading are not 100% accurate, and the accuracy is more questionable with an aftermarket battery since their circuit strip in the battery may be different. Note this is not to say all aftermarket batteries are badly manufactured. I hope this help
