What will happen if i replace the battery without disconnect lcd & etc..
It’s harmless. I do it all the time in my shop. But if you were doing a screen repair definitely disconnect the battery otherwise you’ll run the risk of damaging the backlight circuit.
A chance of tearing the screen cables but it won’t hurt the phone if you change the battery with the screen connected.
