Hi Guys I have just bought a Asus TP500L and i would like to know the correct RAM that is required, as this has 4GB on board ram. Would it be DDR3 and what bus speed would be compatible, i called the Asus tech line and got no answer from them “they do not give out upgrade information” FYI i am using windows 10 64bit home Any help will be great
Taken from this source: http://www.computercritique.com/asus-tra… You can get up to 8GB of RAM, providing that’s it’s: DDR3L, SDRAM and a bus speed of 1600 MHz. Usually more recent operating systems don’t have an effect on the amount of RAM you can have unless you had a 32 bit architecture operating system which means your capped off at a 2GB usable RAM.
