What type or brand of antifreeze is recommended for CR-V 1996 ?
Tanya, recommendation is for Honda 2 antifreeze. You do not have to use OEM coolant for as long as you make sure that you use a good quality one. something like Prestone etc. would work. If in doubt, your local supply place will most certainly provide you with proper guidance.
