My iPhone is stuck on the red battery screen and it seems like I can’t use the hard reset : when I push the buttons, the screen doesn’t turn black but the red battery appears, like ‘i have no battery enough to do that’ but it has been charging for so long. Does anybody have an idea for me?
It could be you have a bad battery or a bad tristar ic. The tristar ic is the chip that controls the charging and data transfer in and out of the phone. I would try a new battery first.
