@danj Will be smoking some ribs tomorrow and grilling corn. We get fresh Hatch Green Chilies out of New Mexico, around here. That should be happening next week, They roast them in big drums outside the local grocery stores. A big, grilled green chili cheese burger a and ear of fresh corn will almost beat that fresh Maine Lobster ;-)
