I very recently had some water spill on my MacBook while it was in sleep mode. When I opened it up the screen didn’t come on, so I tried turning on the computer again. The start up sound came on but the screen stayed black. When I noticed it was wet I opened it up and took it apart to inspect the damage. The only damage I could find is the small amount of corrosion shown in the pictures. Also, I noticed some discoloration on the IO board (also shown in pictures) My question is, what would be the cheapest course of action?

I got some isopropyl alcohol and a new toothbrush and fixed my mortarboard pins on the micro controller but one or two pins are going black i don’t know why but my water damaged laptop is now working again. thanks Cruise
