Hi i really confused whats are those two tiny piece metal on Xperia z motherboard couple days ago i tried opening back cover one of this two piece metal are broken and i want know what happened to my device!!? Is that a nfc chip? Our gps chip? I really confused. here is example photo click on picture guys.

Those are the NFC antenna contact pads that make contact with the Back Panel Assembly antenna. It will be difficult to replace those unless you have a donor board.
