Chosen Solution

Hello, all I would like to inquire about spots on my laptop display. This problem did not exist before, but had a few days to appear and will tend to increase. I’ve tried cleaning with water, cleaning fluids screen, even toothpaste, but the problem is still there. This is only visible for a few background color only. when the screen with a white background is not visible. I am sure this is a physical problem screen. but I ran out of ideas to solve them. whether here who experienced the same thing with me and solved it? I would appreciate any suggestions or solutions of your all. thanks.

Frankly, I would just replace the complete assembly as it’s a lot easier! Here’s the IFIXIT guide you’ll need to follow: MacBook Pro 15" Retina Display Late 2013 Display Assembly Replacement and heres the part: MacBook Pro 15" Retina (Late 2013/Mid 2014) Display Assembly - Apple P/N: 661-8310

Dust has either embedded itself into the Fluoresceine layer of the glass, Or gotten under the glass itself. If its embedded, you will need to replace the lens. If it is under, you can simply lift the lens, and wipe it out. Make sure there is a seal around it again when you lay it down, or it will just happen again. For these repairs, you will need a hot air gun, a pry tool, preferably a suction cup, and a lot of patience! Start in a cornerApply the heat in a constant state of movement, only to frame of glass.Suction cup on corner, and lift. apply a pry tool under the lifted glass, and pry (THIS PROCEDURE IS A LOT LIKE IPAD REPAIRS, ONLY TOUGHER)Work your way around gently. be sure to not damage the rubber frame.Try not to crack the glass. it makes a lot more work then you need.
