I was wondering what temperatures can a NAND Flash Memory Chip withstand in an iphone 6s before losing its data?
I doubt anyone here will know that! We don’t test things to the breaking point, we fix things using the required level of heat to achieve the task. I was asked a similar question by someone who was trying to build a micro-satellite device I aimed him to the device maker as they would more likely know the answer.
