2004 and after uses a M11x2.0
One other point. You really shouldn’t clean bolt holes with taps. The problem is taps can cut and damage threads. There are clean-out taps that are made specifically to clean threads. Much better option. They usually come in a kit that will cover both metric and standard sizes.
