When using an application, browsing through my photo library, or just normal use the screen on my tablet sometimes freezes up. I am not sure what to do when this happens as I usually just wait until the battery dies. Is there any other way I can fix this issue?
Does it allow you to turn it off?
Hi Josh, If you are able to turn off the device, you could then turn the tablet back on hopefully resolving the problem, if not you could try to reset the tablet to fix the problem. For a more detailed guide on how to find out the problem see the troubleshooting guide. Hope this helps, Nick
I cannot put my PIN number in Everytime I try it do not see work I do not have one. So Everytime I put it in it say wrong PIN number so I cannot get in I need help or I’m going to return it
