I got my new phone A ZTE ZFive G LTE and when I open my phone the screen says Android starting it has been like this about 1 or 2 days after I got it and I have had this phone for 3 WEEKS.
Seems like you got a boot loop. Flash a recovery and enter it to flash stock FW. If that’s even possible for your phone… I can’t find a thing about your phone, so can’t be much of a help.
