I have to disassemble the backplate and the heatsink… planning to do a repaste. I am using Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut thermal paste, pleas let me know if that should not be compatible or you have andy advice ;)
Hi! Any thermal paste will do just fine, as long as it is not some random cheap one. As for the screwdriver, you need a Philips-head PHx00, like this one here.
