when i switch on the phone, a message appeared at the front screen saying. “unfortunately, you tube has stopped” and the message never get cleared even though i try many times. the pop up message has blocked me from entering my phone. what shall i do to get rid of the message?

Hi, Try starting the phone in safe mode. If the phone starts OK without the pop up message, go to Settings > Apps (or Apps Manager) > swipe across to All > scroll down to find YouTube > tap to enter, tap Clear Cache > tap Clear Data > tap clear. When finished return to home screen and restart the phone in the normal manner. Hopefully the problem has been resolved.
