When I put movies in the DVD tray it tries to open up on “interactual Player” and will not play. But many programs on here that were uploaded by the person before me seem to not work for this laptop. Does any one know what program the DVDs should be playing on so I can upload it?
Hello if i remember correctly VLC from videolan association can do this.
You can use any program that has the cabability of playing DVDs. VLC is the most popular program. Windows Media Player is built in to windows. I would recommend resetting the computer if it still has old stuff on it, too.
