I just bought a floor lamp few days ago and I installed it like the instructions but I when I put a bulb and plugged it in, it’s not working. I don’t understand why.
Did you verify that you have power coming out of the outlet? Plug in a hairdryer or something to verify that the outlet has power. Some outlets are switched and don’t have power until they are turned on. Update (06/10/2020) Did you try a different light bulb? Can we get a picture of the lamp?
Hi, What is the make and model number of the floor lamp? Verify that you have followed the installation instructions etc and if so and it still doesn’t work, since it is new, return it for a replacement or refund.
