Chosen Solution
So my phone had a problem that the body and screen weren’t connected,and I didn’t really care because I’m a lazy freak. So you could literally put a finger between them at the top of the phone but that is not the problem. Once I had the phone on my lap when it accidentally fell off to the ground and next thing I saw my phone is in two pieces, like the screen just fell off and since then I had it in two pieces the screen and the phone itself, I tried the mute switch it vibrated. I put it away and didn’t care at all because I don’t have any tools and currently I use an android. Now I don’t know what exactly is not working with the i6s, but one thing I noticed is that when i put the phone on charge, the charger gets crazy hot. I even tried to plug it in my computer to test if Itunes recognizes it and as I expected, nothing shows up. Besides the screen, which is the only thing I know for sure to replace, I thought the dock connector was wrong, or maybe the battery connector loosened. But then I thought that the dock connector can’t be the case because the charger was just as hot like the usual whenever i charged the iphone. So what’s wrong beside the screen?
When the screen came off it is possible that something jostled around and possibly is causing a short somewhere in the phone which is resulting in the heat as well as failing to connect to a computer. Replace the screen and see if the issue persists
