same - one on one between tv and remote - and the Kdl46ex523 has been in a box ever since - in fact the price of the LCS went to below SAR1000 and then jumped to SAR3000 i will never buy sony again, prefer LG. but i would like to repair this one - and sony did sell its LCD screen factory to if is recall matsushita or Samsung. surely there must be a limited number of permitations for these products - maybe justa screw hole different - what other aftermarket LCD screen would work for the 46ex523
@ivanharris I am certain that the panel is/was used by other equipment as well. That is why you should never do a search based on what model it came out of. Always use the model number of the panel from the back of the manufacturers label affixed to the panel, not the TV.
