Chosen Solution
I have an RCA tablet windows 10. I did an update on it now when I turn it on all I get is a red square with rca, and next to it welcome, the whole screen just keeping blinking. It wont allow me to do a factory reset on it.
There may be a reset on the unit. It would be a very tiny hole where you stick a paper clip to reset it.
