I have a 2000 Toyota Camry ce 4cyl 2.2l. It’s a front wheel drive and I would like to swap out the engine to something more powerful. I know that a 6cyl would fit but I would like to have a larger engine than that in it, without having to swap it into a rear wheel drive car. Any suggestions?
I am only kidding when I suggest, have you considered the engines in the NASCAR camrys? :-) Autozone does sell engine kits, I know a couple of them are not street legal, but you may want to ask them. They do sell generic Chevy engines that fit in any auto bodies.
