I’ve been using Anker Soundcore boost for more than 2 years. Currently it can’t be charged. I’m suspecting it is the battery issue. Would like to find out where to get the battery.
Hi, Don’t know the exact type but here’s a video that shows how to replace the battery in the speaker. Once you get the speaker open hopefully there will be information printed on the battery giving either the model number or the specifications of the battery that you can use to find replacements.
