Brandon Wong , Ensure bulb is compatible with the fixture. It could be a couple things, bulb not inserted/ locked in position quite right, try reinserting bulb and insure it is locked in the bulb ends properly to make good contact. Other issues could be bad bulb/contacts/internal ballast/starter bad/incorrect power source. If reinserting the bulb did not fix the issue and the fixture is plugged into the correct power source/fixture return under warranty for replacement/refund. Good luck.
