When I power my laptop, the lcd just goes white, and the battery is not charging
kamangageorge943 the white screen means your backlight is turning on. You may have issues with your hard drive and your battery or your motherboard. I’d try a new hard drive first and see if your OS will load. If it does you know what the issues are. If it does not then you will have to dig closer and check your motherboard.
