Hello I have used my used iPhone for 2 years and off late I don’t know after I updated the iOS to the latest iOS then after 2 days the voice recording keeps appearing error I can’t connect even my earpiece to make a call and I can’t make a a video call or a normal call can you help me what wrong about my phone
This model of iPhone suffers from a signature failure with the audio IC. It could be a coincidence it happened after an update. Generally if voice memos are greyed out and Siri cannot hear you it will be the audio IC. If Siri can hear you and voice memos are not greyed out it will be your charge port which provides the sound for the speaker and also the microphones. This part can easily be replaced.
Not seen this before. I’d be inclined to do a full restore via pc/Mac through iTunes.
